cfd5bc3876 SPECS: rust: Upgrade to 1.94.1. 
- Conditionally use rust-bin to bootstrap.
- Using system compiler-rt, enable profiler and compiler builtin support.
- Disable llvm-tools in sysroot as we use system llvm.
- Removed unsuitable tools.
- Add %check.
- Refactor spec a little.
- Add a patch to workaround stage0-sysroot init issue.
