update ciao-deploy page with new container instructions
This merge request updates the instructions on the ciao-deploy page, asking the user to download the ansible playbooks to keep them persistent

the new ciao-deploy container mounts the ansible
files from the docker host instead of those being provided
by the container. This allows the user to keep a persistent
configuration files, useful when deploy takes place more than once.

Remove bundle overview image
The bundle image references both bundles that no longer exist and a layout of bundles that is not used. For now, simply remove the stale image.

update ciao cluster setup
This change introduces the usage of ciao-deploy container, which contains all the setup
previously done by the user. Now it's only required that the user pulls the `clearlinux/ciao-deploy` container
and start it as described in the instructions.

Instead of doing a lot of instructions to setup
a deployment machine, we just ask the user to pull
and use a container already setup with all the needed
tools.

update ciao-deploy bundle requirements
Change `os-core-dev` for `c-basic` as we only need gcc.
Change `os-common` for `openstack-common` as the 1st bundle doesn't exists and it really meant the 2nd one.

The `os-common` bundle doesn't exists (should be `openstack-common`
instead) and we can use the `c-basic` instead of `os-core-dev`
as it's smaller.

Appended /icis/ to bulk_provisioning URLs
Two of the URLs in source/bulk_provisioning.rst pointed to the wrong
URL on the PXE / ICIS server. They now point to the icis subdirectory
where the uwsgi app is running.
