ciao-deploy: update instructions with new container
the new ciao-deploy container mounts the ansible files from the docker host instead of those being provided by the container. This allows the user to keep a persistent configuration files, useful when deploy takes place more than once. Signed-off-by: Simental Magana, Marcos <marcos.simental.magana@intel.com>
