Modify file structure of docs source files.
...
Changed the file structure to allow for easier and better maintenance of
the docs. Files were renamed as needed and following a consistent
convention. Added a index.rst to every folder allowing for partial
builds of the docs. Included content previously left out of the docs
build. The commit also performs minimal housekeeping.

ciao-deploy: use ciao provided ansible playbooks
...
Since the ciao examples to deploy were moved
from https://github.com/clearlinux/clear-config-management
to https://github.com/01org/ciao/ , the instructions
should tell the user to use the ciao ones instead of
deprecated clear-config-management.

ciao: update some cli invocations
...
Some parts of the Ciao cluster setup document still referenced really old
command line style which no longer works. This commit updates the older
"ciao-cli -command" invocations to the newer "ciao-cli command" (ie: no
'-') style.

ciao-deploy: update instructions with new container
...
the new ciao-deploy container mounts the ansible
files from the docker host instead of those being provided
by the container. This allows the user to keep a persistent
configuration files, useful when deploy takes place more than once.

previously done by the user. Now it's only required that the user pulls the `clearlinux/ciao-deploy` container

replace deployment section with deployment-container

Instead of doing a lot of instructions to setup
a deployment machine, we just ask the user to pull
and use a container already setup with all the needed
tools.
