* modules/spawn-h-c++-tests: Renamed from modules/spawn-c++-tests.
* tests/test-spawn-h.c: Renamed from tests/test-spawn.c.
* tests/test-spawn-h-c++.cc: Renamed from tests/test-spawn-c++.cc.
* doc/posix-headers/spawn.texi: Update.
