Subject: [PATCH] Fix env override in WebAgg backend test.
It's only necessary to override DISPLAY, not throw away the rest of the
environment. Without the other environment variables, stuff like custom
PYTHONPATH break in this test.

%description
Matplotlib is a python 2D plotting library which produces publication
quality figures in a variety of hardcopy formats and interactive
environments across platforms. matplotlib can be used in python
scripts, the python and ipython shell, web application servers, and
six graphical user interface toolkits.
Matplotlib is a pure python plotting library with the goal of making
publication quality plots using a syntax familiar to matlab users. The
library uses Numeric for handling large data sets and supports a variety
of output backends
Matplotlib tries to make easy things easy and hard things possible.
You can generate plots, histograms, power spectra, bar charts,
errorcharts, scatterplots, etc, with just a few lines of code.
