[Why] A null pointer deference can occur if crtc is null in amdgpu_dm_crtc_handle_crc_irq. This can happen if get_crtc_by_otg_inst returns NULL during dm_crtc_high_irq, leading to a hang in some IGT test cases. [How] Check that CRTC is non-null before accessing its fields. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
