This patch makes use of realloc array and qsort() to display process
sorted. This helps users to easily find process consuming more
proportional set size memory on the OS.

psstop$ ./psstop -h
Help :
-h : Print this help
-p : Process name to measure memory usage
-v : Verbose

This patch add a md file consumed by ronn(1) to generate man pages.
There is still some other comand line and funtions that need to be added
, however this first version is good for now
