Matthew Johnson 5d66e6b749 swupd: fix autoupdate documentation 
The autoupdate subcommand has been around for a very long time now and
should be used instead of the systemctl masking commands.

Matthew Johnson efd58c5f25 mixin: add --bundle flag information 
Add information for latest functionality of the mixin package
subcommand. The --bundle flag allows users to specify the name of the
bundle they add their package to.
