ihutchin a781ddbef4 Inserts section for creating a new user and setting a password 
Altered the enable-user-space to include the initial step of creating
a user. Also added "Create a new user" to the list of capabilities after
installation. I changed the heading of `enable user space` to reflect changes.

ihutchin 487391bdac Numbers steps, makes one full guide, moves re-usable section to guide. 
Makes an end-to-end auto bare-metal doc with a branch to manual install.
Post installation tasks separated and moved to maintenance guide.

ihutchin f7b5b5087e Provides options for automatic or manual installs on bare metal. 
Cleans up the bare metal install steps prior to the manual vs auto
decision with new screen captures. Then, forks to provide two ways
to install on bare-metal.

Rodrigo Caballero d73441d6b6 Update available bundles table. 
This update to the table of available bundles makes the HTML table a
separate file to make updating easier. This is necessary to automate the
update process in the future.
