Fix command to create clearlinux bootable USB sticks
It was pointed out that our ``dd`` command to create live usb for clearlinux should not have the ``BS=`` parameter.
This merge request remove the BS=4M parameter from our ``dd`` command.

This example removes the `bs=4M` part of the dd command using also
a newer installer image (clear-9130-installer.img.xz)

remove BS=4M from the dd command

as pointed out on IRC:
<arjan> bs= on the dd command line will cause dd to not write the last partial
<arjan> block if the file you're writing isn't a multiple of the size
