Merge the fixed and tested theme and index files from staging to master
This latest version of the Sphinx theme solves the following issues:
Redundant titles on the master index page.
Search box placement and functionality.
Left Navigation panel hierarchy and functionality.
In line code markup is now properly rendered.
Ensure that all theme files and all index files are included in the merge. Changes to content files must not necessarily be included.

Update bundle addition command for clear-containers documentation
Update clr_bundle_add command to install containers-basic
From Clear Linux **release 5050** the instruction to install a
new bundle has **changed from ``clr_bundle_add`` to ``swupd bundle-add``**.
This change updates the instructions to install the
containers-basic bundle to be compatible with the most recent
Clear Linux image released in public (5140 for native/cloud/kvm
and 5210 for container image).
*Please refer to OpenStack documentation (staging or master branch) to check new swupd syntax
usage to install new bundles in a Clear Linux machine.*
