Kristal Dale ed8b66a4e1 Reorg of bare metal install (and related) files, to correct their placement in the get started nav section. 
Changes include:
- Move bare metal manual install and cgdisk manual install (and related images) into folders, sibling to bare metal install (auto)
- Update get started landing page to provide intro, hide toctree
- All files in get started: replace CLOSIA sub with CL-ATTR, replace all references to Clear Linux with appropriate sub
- Minor attribution corrections
