Matthew Johnson 5d66e6b749 swupd: fix autoupdate documentation 
The autoupdate subcommand has been around for a very long time now and
should be used instead of the systemctl masking commands.

Matthew Johnson efd58c5f25 mixin: add --bundle flag information 
Add information for latest functionality of the mixin package
subcommand. The --bundle flag allows users to specify the name of the
bundle they add their package to.

Matthew Johnson b4d18e506e mixin: fix local-rpm documentation 
The /usr/share/mix/rpms directory is no longer used by mixer/mixin.
Instead use the appropriate default /usr/share/mix/local-rpms directory
because this is where mixer looks for local RPMs when initializing the
local repository.

Matthew Johnson 88f4af6616 Deprecate swupd-add-pkg for mixin 
Reword and rewrite the swupdaddpkg.rst documentation for the new mixin
tool and outline new features. The mixin tool is meant to replace
swupd-add-pkg and provide a new capability of adding remote RPM
repositories to the local mix.
