clear-linux: Add information about kvm-host bundle.

This commit adds general information about the kvm-host
bundle content and how to enable/start some services
that may be required when this bundle is installed.

+When possible, qemu would be used together with

+|CL| provides the virsh program to manage `libvirt`_ guests and the hypervisor.
+libvirtd management daemon is not enabled nor started by default. To enable
+the hypervisor, perform the following commands as root.
