Update of index.html and created a method of supporting mulitple column sections.

Use the .. container:: directive:

.. container:: multicolumns

   .. container:: column

* Default width of columns is 350px
* Add as many columns as you want (3 or less is best).
* use .. rst-class:: colh2 to create a header at the top of the column
