Follow up clean up to bootable-usb consolidation:
- Delete bootable-usb-linux.rst, bootable-usb-mac.rst, bootable-usb-windows.rst as they are no longer used. - Reuse intro from original bootable-usb.rst in new bootable-usb-beta-all.rst - Delete original bootable-usb.rst (replaced by new bootable-usb-beta-all.rst), and remove from toctree in get-started.rst - Rename bootable-usb-beta-all.rst to bootable-usb.rst - Update new bootable-usb (previously bootable-usb-beta-all).rst: -- Update top label to be .. _bootable-usb: (to keep links intact) -- Remove "-all" from OS-specific section labels (no longer needed with removal of original bootable-usb.rst) - Update link to new bootable usb doc in bare-metal-install.rst, from bootable-usb-beta-all to bootable-usb - Update link to new bootable usb doc in bare-metal-install-beta.rst, from bootable-usb-beta-all to bootable-usb - Remove link to get started from intro as it is already present in the side nav. - Remove included content from download-verify-decompress docs - the included content had heading levels that were incorrect for the doc they were included in.
