This removes the need for two intermediate representations of the file
tree.

* gnu/home/services/symlink-manager.scm (update-symlinks-script)
[simplify-file-tree, file-tree-traverse]: Remove.
[create-symlinks]: Rewrite in terms of 'file-system-fold'.
