The existing patch is removed as it has been applied upstream in commit https://github.com/redis/hiredis-py/commit/d4d701a06560ce76a4eaba3ac309ff70e37b3190. The license file has changed, it is now named LICENSE, and the contents are not the same even though it still contains the BSD-3-Clause license.
