Bernd Kuhls 2345568936 package/{libtorrent, rtorrent}: bump version to 0.15.3 ...

Removed patches which are included in this release.

Switched SITE to github according to http://rtorrent.net/

Both packages need to be bumped together due to version check for
libtorrent by rtorrent:
