Thomas Petazzoni	ae910aac62	package/binutils: add support for 2.42 ... Note that the hash of the tarball does not need to be added, as it was already added as part of commit 11b439ce1b ("package/binutils-bare-metal: new package"). Our existing 2 patches are simply rebased, with minor conflict resolution required.
