Thomas Perale 295701f1ab package/aubio: fix build on big endian arch 
Fixes the following error happening on builds with
big endian architecture target and libflac enabled.

There is a missing definition of the `SWAPS` macro in
`/src/io/sink_flac.c` file.
This patch adds an out of tree patch that copy the `SWAPS` definition from the
`/src/io/sink_wavwrite.c` file in `sink_flac.c` to fix this issue.

Bernd Kuhls 92117ac391 package/aubio: bump version 
The latest release from aubio dates back to 2019 while upstream is
active: https://github.com/aubio/aubio/issues/381

Current git HEAD includes support for ffmpeg 6.x:
https://github.com/aubio/aubio/commits/master/src/io/source_avcodec.c

and also removed the dependency to libavresample which was dropped in
ffmpeg 6.0:
https://github.com/aubio/aubio/commit/245deeadd81afc4ec5635b65d71646490c5c19fd

so we can just depend on the ffmpeg package without suboptions, quoting
configure log:

Romain Naour 6264dfae49 package/aubio: switch to external waf script 
Since the python 3.11 version bump [1], the waf script
bundled in aubio 0.4.9 can't be executed anymore due
to a waf bug [2].

Use the waf script provided by the Buildroot waf package
infrastructure after removing the old waf script and its
libraries.

Thomas Petazzoni ebe5d9edfe boot, package, support, toolchain: switch to 2 spaces for the hash file 
It's time to finally switch over globally to the new spacing format
that we have agreed on for the hash file, with 2 spaces as a separator
between fields.

This commit was mechanically generated using:

This commit can easily be backported on the LTS branch by re-running

Adam Duskett 0896e3ed64 package/a*/Config.in: fix help text wrapping 
The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping on all
of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings related to the
text wrapping for the Config files starting with the letter a in the
package directory.

The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars>

Rahul Bedarkar 337aa51f3f boot, package: use SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ 
We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+.

This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv3\>/GPL-3.0/g'

Romain Naour 3f16f40dfe package/aubio: disable unit tests with --notests 
For each build step, --notests needs to be passed to waf script
to avoid runing the unit tests.
This allow to remove the patch removing the unit tests from wscript.
