Thomas Petazzoni f0977e4b81 package/freeswitch: fixup dependency on OpenCV4 
The recent changes in freeswitch following the removal of OpenCV 3.x
in commit
a6db6af9ff ("package/freeswitch: remove
optional dependency to opencv3") caused some invalid dependencies.

Indeed, the new logic selects BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4_LIB_OBJDETECT as
soon as BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4 is enabled, without worrying about the
dependencies of BR2_PACKAGE_OPENCV4_LIB_OBJDETECT.

This causes the following Kconfig warning:

Since freeswitch as no visible sub-options to select extra features
and we wanted to keep it this way, we introduce a hidden sub-option
that informs freeswitch.mk whether OpenCV 4 support is usable. It
makes it easier to express the dependencies that are needed for this
OpenCV 4 to be usable.

Bernd Kuhls 78470802b0 package/freeswitch: add optional dependency to libxcrypt 
When glibc was bumped to version 2.39 in commit
b5680f53d6 it removed the deprecated
libcrypt support.

As glibc's libcrypt was providing freeswitch's libcrypt dependency this
broke the freeswitch build using glibc version 2.39.

To fix this select the libxcrypt dependency to freeswitch when using a
glibc toolchain and add the dependency if selected.

- CVE-2021-41105: FreeSWITCH susceptible to Denial of Service via invalid
  SRTP packets

  When handling SRTP calls, FreeSWITCH is susceptible to a DoS where calls
  can be terminated by remote attackers.  This attack can be done
  continuously, thus denying encrypted calls during the attack.

  An attacker can perform a SIP digest leak attack against FreeSWITCH and

  realm set to that of the gateway, thus forcing FreeSWITCH to respond with
  the challenge response which is based on the password of that targeted
  gateway.

opencv 2.x has seen no release since July 2018 and all buildroot
packages are already compatible with opencv3 so drop it to ease the
addition of opencv4 which is not fully backward compatible with opencv3

Freeswitch has been tested agains tan older version of libcheck, 0.12.0
or earlier, while Buildroot has 0.15.1. With 0.13.0, the API of libcheck
has changed, and Freeswitch does not account for this.

Enables openssl-1.1.x compatible compile.

- add tiff dependency (bundled tiff source is gone)
- rebase (and git format) 0001-libvpx-cross.patch patch
- update libs/srtp/LICENSE file hash (updated copyright year)
