Titouan Christophe 4daac8b973 toolchain/external: remove Sourcery Codebench MIPS toolchain 
This toollchain is almost 10 years old now, and not maintained anymore.
Let's therefore remove it from Buildroot. Newer maintained external
toolchains for MIPS are still available from Bootlin

Fabrice Fontaine 111a1c7091 package/fluidsynth: needs dynamic library 
applications, such as mpd, fail to build statically with fluidsynth
because fluidsynth does not fill Libs.Private in their pkg-config file

Because fluidsynth is a cmake-package with many dependencies, it is not
easy to fix so just add a dynamic library dependency.

Here is an extract of src/CMakeLists.txt that gives the list of
fluidsynth possible dependencies:

Julien Olivain 407748f1aa package/fluidsynth: new package 
FluidSynth is a real-time software synthesizer based on the SoundFont
2 specifications and has reached widespread distribution. FluidSynth
itself does not have a graphical user interface, but due to its
powerful API several applications utilize it and it has even found its
way onto embedded systems and is used in some mobile apps.
