package/netsnmp: drop stale ignore CVE entries
The 0001-snmp_agent-disallow-SET-with-NULL-varbind.patch patch has
been dropped as part of the bump from 5.9.3 to 5.9.4 in commit
1799cfebfd, which means 5.9.4 has the
security fix, and therefore the ignore CVE entry is no longer needed.
