	(formatToCharacterIterator): New method.
	(exponentRound, negativePrefixRanges, positivePrefixRanges,
	negativePrefixAttrs, positivePrefixAttrs, negativeSuffixRanges,
	positiveSuffixRanges, negativeSuffixAttrs, positiveSuffixAttrs):
	New fields.
