	PR libgcj/17290
	* Makefile.am (GCJCOMPILE): Remove definition.
	(AM_CFLAGS): Add -fclasspath and -fbootclasspath flags.
	Use LTGCJCOMPILE, not GCJCOMPILE, to build .lo targets.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
