Natanael Copa e20e43eee0 add support for pkg-config for lua ...

Allow select what pkg-config module to use with UWSGICONFIG_LUAPC but
let the old LUAINC/LUALIB and LUALIBPATH override the pkg-config
for backwards compatibility.
