Sasha Levin 7fca1897f9 kvm tools: Fix attempt to free mmaped memory 
Framebuffer memory which was mmap() is being free() at the shutdown
of the guest, leading to glibc errors.

Pekka Enberg ac1fd498f1 kvm, ui: Kill fb_write() function 
This patch kills fb_write() and related functions because they're no longer
called as of commit 6768f73 ("kvm tools, vesa: Use guest-mapped memory for
framebuffer").

Pekka Enberg 08e89f1ecd kvm tools, ui: Add framebuffer infrastructure
