Data Analytics Reference Stack

This provides the Data Analytics Reference Stack. To offer more flexibility, there are two versions of the Data Analytics Reference Stack:

A Clear Linux derived image optimized for OpenBLAS
A Clear Linux derived image optimized for Intel® Math Kernel Library MKL

Please see the folders in this level about the variants and how to build and use them.
