We need an automated way of testing our new Docker containers in
order to make sure content is working as expected.
This commits introduces initial tests for Keystone docker container.

This post-keystone.sh script will be mounted at /usr/bin/post-script.sh
It will help to do execute tasks after keystone service is up. For example:
endpoints and users creating.
