Simental Magana, Marcos d371e82e62 Fix "Optional Parameters Per Component" table. 
Having 4 rows makes the table hard to read so change it
to only have 2 rows.

Simental Magana, Marcos 04bf65c149 remove keystone_admin_token variable from documentation. 
The installation process for mitaka does not use
admin token for keystone, so remove it from the
documentation.
